Covengers is a community driven RP Project that started it's roots from a random roll power thread on halfchan. After awhile threads started to be deleted The project is set in the tourist attraction city called "Neon City" located in the Mexican gulf. It is built and for the most part funded by the corporation Xenon
Rules
-No Omnipotent characters. Omnipotent Characters will be dismissed as Non-Canon.
-Overpowered Characters will be tolerated, so long as they don't go overboard
