You turned down our petition to expell a guy who was being detrimental to our work - which was quite a hard decision - in favor of kicking two necessary persons to keep up the proper functioning of the Spanish team of STS, which has always been one of the languages ahead in terms of progress and quality. You did that the day right after we had had the conversation about your suspicions, that you seemed to had got over and gave everyone the impression that everything was good. And now you're probably taking further actions that I can't even imagine and that I'm really afraid of. I don't understand. I simply don't.

Please, I beg you to reconsider. You are better than this. Otherwise, I ethically must show my complete rejection and take action on it. If you are still commited to this nonsense, I request the e-mail adress of HR at Valve to clearly state my view and ask them to make you listen to reason or do something to stop this and consider if you are still qualified for your job.

As I said, I am extremely sad that I had to write this e-mail.

Oktober: He wanted to change it so that moderators weren't fixed anymore, but changed dynamically based on who translated the most.
