PVS-Studio warning V501 for Clang

Sema::DeduceTemplateArguments(....)

This is what should have been written here: (P->isMemberPointerType() && A->isMemberPointerType()).

This suspicious code was found in Clang project by PVS-Studio static code analyzer.
