-Through his adventuring years, Novelus developed a secret technique. By building up static energy in his wool, he has learned to manipulate it magically. After building up for 2 combat turns, Novelus can apply Lightning elementalist to his attacks with his rapier and those attacks gain +1 to hit. These effects are lost for 1 turn when Novelus lands an attack this way, and 2 turns if Novelus goes helpless or gets knocked prone. (Combat Talent)

-Novelus's Royal lineage grants him the influence of a king, which manifests through his voice (Though much less powerful than his Father's). Whenever Novelus speaks, people are more willing to listen to him as if under the effect of a subtle Charm. Novelus passively gains +1 to social rolls when talking, and can increase this bonus to a +2 if he exerts this power, making it fairly more noticeable for anyone he's trying to influence

Skills:
Adorable (Racial): passive; No matter the size of your horns, no matter what sour expression you may have on your face, no matter how old, experienced, or battle-scarred you are, you’re still a big puffball on hoofed legs. No one can resist giving you attention, which helps you get your point across to most anyone. You have +1 on all social rolls.

-Ruse(Multiclass): once per combat; use this skill when you roll a critical failure, on success it is instead treated as a critical success

-Smooth Talker: Can talk a being into not getting in the way, not make a fuss and generally not be an issue. As long as you have not attacked them or they don’t  strong reason to be fighting you, they will not be hostile to you and will be open to talking. This does not affect their hostility towards the rest of the party.

Master Thief: Passive; Thanks to years of training, you have a DC-2 to picking locks, cracking safes, locating hidden loot, finding traps and smuggling items, as well as not needing tools anymore.. You can also roll once per area to see if your instincts might offer a hint about something important nearby.

Dania always dresses in style. she has bright pink  eyes and a matching light blue wool. And is constantly changing dresses from her seemingly infinite space inside her purse(Likely a spell)

Prince Novelus was the only son of Quenn Fiona and King Lininas,the governor of the kingdom of Zha arlakane. the ''Treasure of the mountains''.
Novelus had a childhood full of luxury and comfort,never having any troubles and dificulties,as he had everything he wanted at any time he so desired. As well as being raised and taught how to be the king in the future,replacing his father,for he was the first,and the only son.
But this was not the life he wanted.
He was not ready.
