Use of Comminic8
By using ("Communic8") you agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
Bully, harass or menace another user intentionally or to cause harm
Violate our standard Community Rules
Distribute chain-mail, scams or fraud
Infringe Copyright Laws and therefore the Intellectual Property Right
Distribute material that may be considered offensive to other users
Distribute, discuss or contain any material in relation to anything that violates our rules
Install, or attempt to, install viruses or potentially damaging systems to our site
Impose an unworkable amount of work on our servers, therefore attempting to break the site
Reveal the identity, location or information about someone without their consent
Use bots or malicious program's to alter the site function.

Legal Notices:
If we at any time are suspicious and uphold evidence or good reason to believe that you may be breaking any or our rules, or the telecommunications act, we will without prior notice or warning terminate your access to our site. This will grant us the ability to freeze your account and remove anything, but not limited to your statistics, purchases, information and posts. By breaking any severe rule or anything in regards to the telecommunications act, we reserve the right to revoke your IP access to our website.

ANY AND ALL SITE PRODUCTS AND/OR FEATURES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO THESE PRODUCTS) ARE NON REFUNDABLE. WE WILL FREEZE YOUR FUNDS IF YOU VIOLATE OUR TERMS OF SERVICE.

Standard Procedure:
Communic8 Moderators and Administrators follow careful procedures to ensure that the outcome of any situation is fair and acceptable on behalf of both parties. We will usually take the following actions, unless the matter is handed to a Senior Administrator or any Executive Director.

You will be given a formal warning, this warning will cause you to log out and have to agree to the warning before your account is reactivated and usable.
Your account will be banned for twenty four (24) hours, during this time you cannot access it.
You will be banned for three (3) days, during this time your account will be inaccessible.
You will be banned for seven (7) days, your account will be displayed as banned for your friends.
Your account will be unable to post photos, videos or your own status, you will be able to drop cookies and share comments on other statuses, you will not be able to chat or message directly.
Your account will be removed. All funds in the account will be frozen and non refundable.
You will be IP Banned from the site.

Please note that these are not the steps we take in order to resolve a problem these are however, the punishments you may receive for your actions, you may receive multiple warnings before we ban your account.

Interactions via Posting:
Communic8 was designed to share information, feelings, activities and what you're doing with friends and family, however while your pages are private to those who are not your friends, comments on anything related to, but not limited to our blog, admin pages or company update pages.

Therefore, to ensure that respectful and courteous behaviour is upheld in public spaces, these rules are to be stringently followed in public zones:
No discussion of terrorist events within the past 2 years
No breaking general rules
No bad language (it will be filtered in these zones)
No giving out personal information
No flaming, harassing or directly abusing any other user

You are required only to provide us with a full name and date of birth, if you release any other information in your profile, settings or spaces, communic8 administrators reserve the right to collect and record this information.

communicatereborn.x10.mx ("Communic8") uphold the policy of allowing members over the age of 13. We will not knowingly collect the information of anyone under the age of thirteen (13). In the event of a complaint or issue being lodged regarding the information of a user under the age of thirteen (13), specific proof must be provided, if we review this proof to be significant, the account and information will be terminated.

IF YOU SIGN UP BELOW THE AGE OF 13, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO KEEP THIS INFORMATION UNLESS OUR ADMINISTRATORS FIND EVIDENCE TO BE SUFFICIENT OR A PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN DIRECTLY CONTACTS US.
