Hello,
I used many embers and research to fortify an essence shade which was at level 49. As a result, my game reset and my essence shade hero disappeared... Please look into this, as I used all my resources to level this character for event.

Hello,

Due to loss of connection to the game after the recent update, I've lost a lot of essence. Every time I try to level up my squad, the game goes out. When I then load the game again I've lost all the essence that I filled up and the heroes that I was leveling up are still at the same level. The essence refills that used to fill up the essence bar with, are also gone. This has happened at least 1x 50% refill and almost 10x 10% refills.

I hope this is something you can help me with and that you look into the bug.

I lost over 600,000 essence plus some 5% refills trying to level two of my shades to level 40. I tried the process 3 times and each time after it was complete, the system gave me an error message. After the forced reboot, my essence was gone and my shades were back to level 1. I also lost the embers that were needed to level them too. As of now, I can't level my shades until the issue is resolved. Any help would be gratky appreciated. Here's some screen shots.
