EQUALITY IN GENDER TREATMENT

Activist all over the world have been trying to persuade everyone about Gender Equality since a hundred years ago. Now it is the time to actually change our way of thoughts and view women as equal with men. The younger generations have been accepting this fact but there are still a few old people who still do not want to accept Equality. Women have been doing the same work as what men do, there should be no difference since results are the the things that matters the most.

Peace and prosper will come unto world when the whole world works towards Gender Equality. Countries that do not treat women as equal to men are the countries that are in war or in poverty such as Syria, Iran, Yemen. While on the other side of the world which treats women fairly same as Men are the countries who had been striving for recent years such as Iceland, Finland and Ireland. This statistics shows that if we treat women equal as Men, there will surely be a positive effects on ones nation and long term prosper for the country.

Results should be the only thing that matters if it terms of salary since it is the given value of our efforts. Gender does not have any effects on results which is why it should not be weighed with gender. In the future generations, the people will only see the results of our works and never even bother asking what gender since contributions is the one valued and not the gender. For the sake of our survival as a 'same' species, we need to set aside our pride and work towards of the betterment of our world. Think about the nurses that works in the medical center in which it has more women working in it however whether it is a man or woman, the patient do not care about it as they only want themselves to be cured of problem as such results are the only thing that matters and not the gender.

Cultures will always adjust to the needs of the society. Our culture always seeing women as a housewife only is not going to work out anymore since they are now vital to our Society. Hundred of years ago, the work places did not have much place for people to work and because of that, there was no need for women to participate in it however it is different now as anywhere you go, there will be a need of work force. Women are now as important as Men, so we should treat them like it is. Imagine if all the women has left their work post, there would be a catastrophic situation where the world would not be able to function anymore since agriculture, medical, services, government officials and many more has women working in them. The society can not live without women as such, old cultures needs to be disregarded for sake of prosperity.

Gender Equality is vital for our society as a whole, It is not something that needs to be debated. Since women are doing the same work and the same results as Men then we need Wage Equality. This idea goes to Peace and prosperity of the world, we do not need diversity in the far future but we need union of each one. Therefore I conclude that Gender Equality is a must
