- have two options (players, server)
- for players, have descriptions of who owns it

anti tpkillplugin :
- after teleportation, the player can't die for about 1min and can't touch any other player also (pvp off)

Bounty rewrite plugin :
- bounty a player
- has an option of minimum bounty that can be placed
- bounty list (opens a gui and shows highest bounty to the lowest)
- gives a head of the player. to whoever bountied him the highest [edit : to whoever bountied him or just add it on config as option]
- if it's better to have mysql support then have that
- have a perm where they can't bounty the player whoever has that perm . (bounty.exempt)

information plugin :
- /info command and it'll be like a list of facts about the server (similar to /help or /rules)
- config fully customizable

shop plugin
- gui interface of the server shop (mainly just for buying)
- list all items and categorize it like creative mode (building blocks, decoration, pvp, etc)

Galistener edit :
we have a settings that is set where if they vote offline and joins the server, there's going to be 5 broadcast that saying '<player> Has Voted' but if they voted for about 1 week without joining the server then joins in, it'll broadcast about 30 of those messages and will eventually spam the chatbox. Now what i would want is that instead of spamming it, it'll say how many times they voted. example : '<player> has voted <number of times>' instead of saying 'player has voted' for the server 5 times.

there's ./sell hand so we don't need to add selling on shop plugin
