Many thanks for your patience and loyalty throughout this period of downtime the MAIN WEBSITE has undergone over the past 24 hours, this caused disruption to all shared and reseller customers.



For a couple of hours the VPS servers were also not responding this was due to SingleHop's automated IP MANAGER messing up the IP's on the NODE pointing them to the main server IP.



No data was lost and the server was never actually down, again we appologise for this and the delay caused by Singlehop investigsating.



We have now taken precautions and moved the mainwebsite so that if it goes offline it will switch over to another server so you can always reach the support panel.
