  33. Story: So, this world was very familiar, at first due to me playing the game before, and later due to the fact that an extradimensional being was causing the universe to reset the same day over and over because they were using Frisk’s friendships to vicariously make up for their crippling loneliness.
  34. In the first loop, I tried the friendship route. It’s Undertale, after all, and I could never bring myself to play Genocide Route, completionists principle be damned. My biggest issue was trying to get through to Sayaka, who had enough amnesia to forget me, but not enough to forget how to be very accomplished at stabbing people, including yours truly. Once Frisk came down, I helped them get through the plot, because I wanted to get to my break as soon as possible.
  35. The Problems came when I woke up on a Flower bed shortly after. After regaining my bearings and double checking that the issue was what I thought it was, I proceeded to try to reason with Frisk. They proceeded to completely ignore me and go through the plot again, with me following them and trying to convince them, which only lead to me waking up on a flowerbed again.
  36. The next time, I tried to disable the Elevator and distract them for ten years with relationship shenanigans and fun sandbox gameplay, to which they responded by getting a degree in engineering at the School I started and fixing it themselves.
  37. In the Final Loop, I took the simplest, most elegant solution possible. I filled the elevator with Cement, reinforced it with magic, tethered myself to Frisk, and brought them back to the Ruins every time they got to the Elevator for ten years. It was pretty boring, but at least I got to read all the books I had collected in my Warehouse in the last hundred years.
