  46. [15:54:01] Qapla Orion > Well I am a little concerned about the no douchbage bit. In general I'm a nice decent guy but I have no love for stupid people and I can be a little "too" honest at times.

  48. [15:55:57] Vqu > What we mean by that is that we have people in our alliance who're female, gay, transgender and we expect everyone of them to be treated equally. We don't want to hear anyone calling an of them out or express opinions that are better left unsaid.
  49. [15:56:45] Qapla Orion > That doesn't bother me in the least. What you do in RL and especially in the bedroom is none of my buisness.
  50. [15:57:05] Vqu > We primarily recruit newer players and that means there will be a lot of stupid questions, people doing stupid things while they learn.

  52. [15:59:12] Qapla Orion > That's not a big deal. Although if you're making the smae mistake over and over again there might be an underlying issue.
  53. [16:01:30] Vqu > Being too honest can present a problem if you don't know how to control it. If you do a mistake will you likely be told about it - sometimes without expecting you to start argueing back.
  54. [16:01:57] Vqu > It depends on the mistake of course, but we do give new players a lot of room to make errors.
  55. [16:02:10] Vqu > Ideally they learn after the first mistake or two.

  57. [16:04:51] Vqu > Lets say it like this. You need to have both patience and adv. patience trained to 5.
