Essentially, By you making this laptop built in with a wii, you became an unlicensed distributor of nintendo's goods.

you should also check under the catagory "roms" as i saw you had wii game backups and Gamecube backups.

A rom is a backup of a game, and they are illegal unless you have the game to back it up with.

Anyways, those games were my own backups, backing up a gamecube game is not even remotely hard. Neither is getting one on the internet, but we'll see if the judge believes that a guy who could make a Wii into a laptop couldn't make a legit backup too.

Modding is not illegal. Selling something you modded is not illegal. Making a business out of selling counterfeit products advertised as Nintendo is a felony, along with selling modded consoles WITH INTENT to infringe copyright or play pirated games or whatever. I didn't advertise this or sell this as a Nintendo product, I sold my specific Wii with my specific modifications to it. None of those people in those articles did that.

You sold a wii, with a hard/soft mod in it (dont know if it was hard modded as i dont have it open infront of me) Likewise, If it is fully hard/soft modded, with loaders built into it. That is illegal, and thats exactly what those kids got arrested for, one of them made people pay so they could hard/soft mod there console, and the second guy sold hard/soft (probably soft) modded consoles,

Whats the difference between you and the second guy? Nothing, you sold a hard/soft modded console. You are just as bad as the second guy, as you sold console that was hard/soft modded (i honestly feel like you dont know what that means, In case you dont, a hard modded console means that the interior was changed, adding a mod chip would be hard modding. Soft modding would be changing the programs/firmware and making the wii preform differently then normal. In the case of the second guy, he soft modded the wii so it could play pirated games/ wii backups as you played, i highly doubt they were really all back ups, but im not going to get into that)

you made a product, Calld ZNwii, that has the title "wii" in it, and sold it, even if you only sold one, its still infringment as you do not own rights to put "wii" in it.
