Though I am new to Pixelmon, I have Experience playing the actual game, and being staff on regular servers. I am experienced with Rank Creation, Team Management, Server Management, and everything else. I've worked for servers big and small and could apply the knowledge here.

Why should you be staff:
Because I can do things that most players cannot. Developing ranks and managing servers is no easy task. It takes a firm attitude and the ability to weigh importance of certain things. For example; should we build a town, or build an entire city? In that scenario you have to manage importance, time needed, and the amount of players needed to make it happen. In short, I should be staff because I'm the best.
