Well, we document all of our incidents, and already there have been more than "3 strikes ur out" listed in our data base of situations, as we thought them not related enough in terms of repetitive issues, to pile them together. So. No action had been taken yet. However, there are.. 2-3 "thrill kill" attempts or suggestive of such. The two I can think off the top my head being Cassianus + Amata/Caspian, though staged in YS took place in Cascades. The other was Stepan and Agrona, Then, cases of bullying/harassment, pertaining to the Kocoum incident. You were not filed directly in trouble in this incidence because you weren't the only person with faults, as such. It seemed inappropriate to hold you accountable for more than them. But that doesn't make it right. Refering to, your choice of words regarding rampage, and then.. your choice of words when joining khunes litter and stating something along the lines of "they dont like me but that isnt going to keep me from coming around". To you making claims pertaining to Torvald's pack being inactive and trying to sit around/oocly claim it without not only RPing through it, but not even asking OOCly what was going on. - To put it simple. Failure to properly communicate, and instead jumping to assumptions + conclusions. // All in all.. Your less in trouble over ONE issue, and more in trouble because of all of it put together.

You and Agro did not. There was simply a lot of lack of communication. However, the behaviour/attitudes both of you displayed throughout the entire ordeal, between the two of you whispering others with negativety about said people, or speaking down to others. All in all, it's simply been very rude, and bullying. Something that, while not that huge of a deal individually hince us not saying anything sooner, it piling up as it has... It something we cant ignore.

But due to everything leading up to it, it's seen as as much bullying as other circumstances and had to be noted.  Its a minor addition. As for Agro and Step, intention or not, the content was, for technicalities sake, thrill-killing. Same for Casp. I say thrill killing, though.. Its more so your attitude about it that caused the problem. In the RP both you and casp posted about killing Cass, but niether actually took action that post. Cass had no reason to think he couldn't leave, and frankly wasnt under any lock to not leave, since no actual attack had been placed. THAT SAID. He should SHOULD have waited a round, reasonably speaking, but... technically speaking, he didnt HAVE to since no attack was placed. So, it was more the out break of attitude and verbal assault that caused the problems.

She can refuse RP with you if RP doesnt demand it. Like the example i gave. Thats simply preference. Her attitude about it is her problem. So, anways. PLEASE Come to me with any issues or questions!
