Add #TheDayWeFightBack banner code

Our embeddable banner is now ready and available for you to add to your website.

The banner changes automatically based on the nationality of the visitors. See the live demos here: US version, international version http://tfrce.github.io/thedaywefightback.js/example/banner.html

Adding the banner to your site is simple, just add the code below to your site, just before the closing </body> tag.
