  8. Why this works (my guess):

You can get Postman HP in Cycle 1 and then get the Bomber's Notebook and Postman's Hat in Cycle 2 and still get the notebook ribbon for the Postman probably because winning Postman HP sets a permanent flag that the game checks for whenever you do something that would update the Postman entry in the notebook (i.e. talking to the postman) and this causes you to have the notebook sticker for the Postman HP even though you did the Postman HP before you got the notebook.

  15. * Technically Postman Early route would save a little time by skipping the Postman HP notebook sticker textbox, but I might not include that in the timing as it is minor and I am mainly concerned with getting a decent approximation of the time lost to doing Postman Early so that I can make conclusions about its practicality.
