The narrative begins with James Reed and Caitlin O'Rourke. They both cheated on each other, and James Reed did a proposal whilst she was intoxicated, or else he'd kill himself. She said yes, a decision she ended up regretting it the day after. She asked myself and Edison Best to go down to his residence to retrieve her personal items, and return Reed's personal items. He let us in and out with her items, after which a fight through SMS began. This fight eventually led to a meeting at the Stadium parking lot. As we pulled out of the stadium parking lot, Chiara Malone was following Edison Best in his 2017 Bentley Bentayga. As he tried to lose her, Best pulled up to the Police Department, where she scattered, and then proceeded to follow him again once he left from there. Best pulled alongside the Alyssa Williams Memorial Park, where Malone fired shots at him, disabling his vehicle. As myself and Sergeant Highley pulled up to the scene, she came back, firing about five more shots, heavily injuring Best and Rose Highley, both of whom are now recovering in the hospital from these injuries.

After that, a manhunt started, where she was spotted by Justin Stars once, at her residence in Giggles Street. She fired more shots in the police's direction, and then took off in her car, causing for us to lose her. That's when an AIR unit went up, and we located her vehicle a block away from her house, on Liberty Avenue. The vehicle was seized, but she was nowhere to be found, easy assumption she'd gone to her house. As SWAT and HRT prepared to breach, we found nothing inside, that's when detective Robbie Mason reported that the suspect had left the neighbor's house, having stolen his motorcycle (A 2016 Ducati Hypermotard), after keeping him hostage within his house on #1 Giggles Street. As far as the victim's statement goes, he was held at gunpoint by Malone with a shotgun. He was forced to take his shirt off and sent outside to report on the police's actions. Right before she left the location, she  had smashed her phone and tried to flush the remains of her smartphone, which did not succeed.

These pieces were recovered by officer Vince Stanley and booked into evidence. After that, the search continued, both in air and on land, without result. She wasn't found and thus the decision was made to file an arrest warrant.
