- Mantyke, Scarf Magnemite, and Fletchling all have a shared checks. The goal of this team is to get down SR early and apply pressure with one of your three cleaners to weaken Chinchou / Porygon / etc so one the others can sweep the opposing team. Snubbull provides an all-around physical and fighting check, which is necessary for every team. The EV spread lives LO Diglett Earthquake after SR+Mienfoo U-Turn iirc. Timburr is your check to shell smashers and Pawniard. I chose to run Ice Punch+Iron Fist to pressure Foongus, as no member of the team can switch in easily. Losing Guts isn't too big because no one consciously burns a Timburr with Ponyta anyways. Onix provides a secondary flying resist, an electric immune to pivot into Chou / Mag, and SR, rounding out the remaining weaknesses.
