  1. I. Executive Branch
  2. a. Made up of the President who is elected by the Electoral College for 14 day single terms.
  3. b. Has the authority to veto bills unilaterally
  4. c. Appoints a Chief Justice who must be confirmed by the Congress

  6. II. Legislative Branch
  7. a. Includes 5 members who are elected on the 10th of the month by everyone and may serve for unlimited terms.
  8. b. Their responsibility includes proposing and passing bills to the executive branch as well as confirming Presidential appointments.
  9. c. 5 Members vote on a Speaker of the House who has a position on the Supreme Court.
  10. d. Congress may override a veto of the President with a 4/5 majority.

  12. III. Electoral College
  13. a. Made up of the 4 Congressmen who are not the Speaker of the House and 3 electors elected by everyone on the 20th of the month.
  14. b. Responsible for electing the President and conducting special elections.

  16. IV. Supreme Court
  17. a. Made up of the President, Speaker, and Cheif Justice appointed by President.
  18. b. May declare a bill unconstitutional with 2/3 vote.
  19. c. Can propose amendments to the Constitution with a unanimous vote. Amendment proposals go to the Congress that require a simple majority. Following the Congress's approval, a referendum is hosted where everyone is able to vote.
  20. d. Any and all disputes are sent to the Supreme Court where their decision is final.
  21. e. A dispute against a member of the Supreme Court forces the member in conflict to step down from the Court temporarily for the duration of the trials. The remaining two members of the Court resolve the conflict.

  23. V. Term Limits
  24. a. President has a 14 day term and cannot run two terms in a row.
  25. b. Congress is elected on the 10th day of the month. Unlimited term limits.
  26. c. Electoral College is elected on the 20th day of the month. Unlimited term limits.
  27. d. Chief Justice term ends the day the President who appointed him steps down from office.
  28. e. Positions on the Supreme Court lasts as long as their positions as President and Speaker last.

  30. VI. Amendments
  31. a. Amendments to the Constitution are proposed by the Supreme Court with a unanimous vote.
  32. b. Proposals are sent to the Congress where a simple majority sets the stage for a referendum.
  33. c. The Electoral College is in charge for hosting a referendum where a 2/3 majority enacts an amendment.
  34. d. To remove an amendment, another amendment must be passed.

  36. VII. Impeachment Procedures
  37. a. Congress may impeach the President through the following method: The Speaker of the House makes a motion for impeachment of the President. The Congress then votes on the impeachment - requires unanimous vote. A 3 day interim term is given to the Speaker until the Electoral College can vote. Following the Electoral College's vote, the interim President returns to his role in Congress.
  38. b. The Speaker of the House may be removed from his position as Speaker, but not his role in Congress, with a 4/4 vote from the remaining members of Congress. The former Speaker maintains his role as a Congressman. A special election is held in the Congress for a new Speaker.
  39. c. A member of Congress or the Electoral College may be removed from their position by a unanimous decision from the Supreme Court if found to be the guilty party in a disputed.

  41. VIII. Rights
  42. a. All members may run and vote for members of the Congress and Electoral College.
  43. b. All members may run for President as long as they do not hold position in the Electoral College. Members of Congress may run for President however.
  44. d. All members have the equal right to speak and read.
  45. e. All members have the right to post "Safe for Work" post in the General chat.
  46. f. All rights not expressed do not entitle you to them.
