  70. Since you seem to think I just randomly hammered without any reason, I'll explain my reasons here.
  71. Tolegit's D1 content was horrendous, starting with his opening filler "im nothing"/"blue"
  72. moving onto his reaction to an early BW on him [he doesn't react at all to having 3 votes on him]
  73. then he randomly quotes Enamored and then says to vilden "ur maf" without explaining that read.
  74. My D4 hammer on Vilden over justrec is b/c 1) I felt justrec had a more genuine start to the night kill and overall a more town tone
  75. 2) From the prior days the vilden-Tolegit interactions made it seem like they were less likely partners BUT that's what irked me since Enamored died over Vilden.
  76. So overall I was convinced that vilden was more likely the mafia that killed Enamored rather than it being justrec.

  92. D2 I had a wrong read whilst FMD hammers stalker, if we're cheating together how would he know mafia or why go against my read.

  111. If I was cheating with cranl33t, I'd push for NL D1 after he got shot so he would have GY vision.
  112. The fact that I was pushing to lynch makes it evident that I'm not cheating with him.

  273. This pastebin was made with the foregone conclusion that I cheated, everything about it including the way it's worded.
  274. In the accusation pastebin there's a lot of game narration without any real case.

  276. A lot of it's rubbish like "He read correct which suggests rolesharing"/"He hammered correct which suggests rolesharing". With their latest response pastebin having "BBBs reponse doesn't cover Lax's actions" repeated many times.

  278. There's also an insane amount of nitpicking and leaving out the evidence to suggest against cheating
  279. [player who's suggested to be cheating with me orc'ing me n1 / hitting me n1 when I'm BP]. In the original mod pastebin they left out the game which suggests evidence against cheating.

  281. There was a lot of falsities such as game 4994199 where in the pastebin it states I pick kill quickly whilst in actual fact it's someone else who picked the kill. This is then worded by the mods as "he might have suggested him himself had their partner not picked." which is just a far-stretch.

  283. There is also a lot of grasping such as game 4985848 where it says I'm tunnelling mindful [mafia] who I in fact fos'ed since d1 and had slipped at the start of d2. Further even more grasping at the straws with a game that displays evidence against cheating being said as a "cover up game".

  285. Laxbro69 ALSO played 40 games in total this round [32 games without me] and from what I can see he's not throwing against other runners [there are no reports on him within the last 10 days]. He doesn't strike me as a GT alt either [his points are over 20K]

I have no relation with Laxbro69 whatsoever, we're not cheating so the only plausible argument to disqualify my run is that he's throwing for me, which I find to be void as 3 of the games we were both town having mutual wins, 1 game clearly wasn't throwing and is argued as the "cover up game", in another 2 we're both alive so he doesn't know my alignment to throw for me.

Laxbro69 and I have no relation for him to be throwing for me, we played 8 games together - 3 mutual wins as town, 1 game clearly demonstrating evidence against throwing/cheating which was written off as "cover up game". In another 2 he or I was N1'ed. At the most if you're arguing he threw for me, then he could've only threw in 4 games. Why not just refund those 4 games and allow me to re-play those hearts?

The right choice was not made to disqualify my run, the mod team was being over-cautious just b/c the other top 2 runners had unfair advantages. The mod team rushed this and made the wrong decision to disqualify me / reset the round.

  395. I first displayed hard evidence that disproved the cheating allegation against me. The mods then changed their verdict to "being thrown for in his favor" which I have now displayed hard evidence that disproves that too. At most I would say only 4 games could have been thrown in my favor. In all those games there were no other runners from the top 10 of the leaderboard. Refunding those games to let me re-play them would have been the more justified solution than to disqualify my run.
