  1. The power of creative visualization.
  2. Reprogram your subconcious beliefs.

  4. 1) Vividly "imagine" an experience you'd like to have. (e.g. money, love, success)
  5. 2) Fell strong emotion as if your desire has already come true.
  6. 3) Repeat.

  8. Creative visualization - "Using your imagination to create what you want in life."

  10. Six step creactive visualization system:
  11. 1) You must pick a GOAL to visualize.
  12. - WRITE IT DOWN. (Non-negotiable!)
  13. - Frame it in the positive. i.e. "I have £25k in the bank", NOT "I'm not in debt anymore".
  14. - Be specific. "I earn £10k a month" is better than "I'm rich".
  15. Write down a CLEAR target.
  16. - Make it exciting. It's gotta be fun and something you can feel is possible NOW.

  18. 2)Get clear on the EMOTIONS you'll feel.
  19. - What emotions will you feel when your goal manifests? WRITE THEM DOWN!
  20. - More is better than less. i.e. the goal "I earn £10k per month" could produce many emotions: joy, success, abundance, happiness, confidence, excitement, fun, love... etc. etc.
  21. -Spend time on this. It's the single most powerful part of this 6-part system.

  23. 3) What PROOF will you use when you visualize?
  24. - Write down 3 "PROOF SCENES". These are experiences you will enjoy after your goal has manifested.
  25. - This makes Visualization easy. Because all you do is imagine these scenes. (With emotion!)
  26. - Be true to yourself. For the goal 'I earn £10k a month', your proof could be: checking your ATM balance, booking a 5-star holiday, giving a check to charity, buying your partner a gift... this is as individual as you. So be honest!

  28. 4) Remember to relax.
  29. - Don't force it. For visualization to work, you've got to chill out and "go alpha".
  30. - So you have to slow down. I use brainwave entrainment. Works automatically.
  31. - Most people rush here. Don't be like them. Go slow. Watch your breath. Let go of the day. Relax.
  32. - The aim is to feel like a snooze. Yep - that good! Feel relaxed.

  34. 5) Time to IMAGINE.
  35. - Only now do we start "visualizing". But we do it with style. Here's how:
  36. a) Make sure you're relaxed.
  37. b) Pick a goal from your written plan.
  38. c) Imagine the 3 proof scenes in turn.
  39. d) Make it sensory rich -- see, hear, taste, smell, touch.

  41. 6) INTENSIFY with emotion.
  42. - This is where we get EMOTIONAL. Once you've visualized your proof scenes, FEEL each emotion on your list for a few seconds.
  43. - i.e. For "I earn £10k a month", you feel happy, then excited, then inspired, then rich, then joyous, then successful, then powerful... etc.
  44. - This will intensify your experience and make it FAR MORE VIVID. Plus, you are actively reprogramming your subcconcious mind for success...
