  1. Anti airs:

  3. cr. MP - Birdie's most ubiquitous anti air. Works even from really close, but not so great from afar. Works moreso by its enormous vertical height than its shrinking hurtbox so feel free to hit it early.
  4. Bad Hammer - You have to do the second hit pretty delayed and sometimes it's impossible. High damage AA though. Doesn't work well close but works fantastically from afar. Do it early too. Losing the 2nd hit is a lot better than losing to jump normals.
  5. Bull horn - Shrinks his hurtbox but doesn't work too well up close. knockdown, high damage.
  6. HK chain - You can't do this on reaction to a jump but it's not THAT risky to pull chain out during footsies and it does win clean for good damage, while his other two chains bait jump in combos.
  7. CA - it works from mid range to far out reliably but goes under when close. underwhelming as an AA.

  11. cr. HP xx HK chain (234 damage, 330 stun) - 281 damage in v-trigger, good after jump ins and whatnot.
  12. st. HK, cr. MP xx MP bull head (267, 418) - 300 damage in v-trigger. Really slow and maybe impossible after jumps. Point blank only.
  13. It's usually not worth it but st. HK, cr. MP xx EX chain adds 32 damage for the bar, important only for securing a kill
