Your honor, what we have here is a case of pupnapping that cannot be ignore or defended. A case so overt and blatant that I cannot imagine an instance under which it could be considered acceptable. The defendant, Mr. /u/Pshower, knowingly imprisoned Immunity Chihuahua for no reason other than a malicious desire for karma. Note how he states that he will release Immunity Chihuahua if the image he posted receives 1,000,000 upvotes. Upvotes that go right into Mr. /u/Pshower's account. All the while, Mr. Immunity Chihuahua has had no say in this. Mr. /u/Pshower has failed to present any legal documents made by Mr. Immunity Chihuahua, stating his consent for this scheme. On that basis, I have to assume that his Puppernapping was non-consensual, and Mr. /u/pshower is now leveraging that Pupnapping for his own personal gain.

Your honor, I think this case is cut and dry. The defendant has endangered the community of /r/RarePuppers, he has wrongfully imprisoned a kind-hearted, well intentioned pupper, and is now seeking karma for his own sick pleasures off of the back of Mr. Immunity Chihuahua's subjection. I propose that Mr. Immunity Chihuahua be released immediately, and that Mr. /u/pshower be told that he has been a bad Doggo, and that he should be put in his crate for the remainder of the evening.
