  1. PUNISHER
  2. Frank’s needs in a fight are few. Use guns - all of the guns. Shoot first and ask questions later. It's all about his armory and choosing what gun for the job. When he received his review and Battle-van, he was left in a great place, and had everything he needed. With that in mind, we wanted to tweak his Ammo and Reload system to work a bit more smoothly, and make more sense with the idea of taking a “loadout” to battle with you.
  3.
  4. Update Resource - Ammo
  5.
  6. Ammo now begins regenerating immediately when it has been fully spent, allowing for Rapid Reload to become optional. During the reload period, you cannot spend Ammo.
  7.
  8. Additionally, Ammo now is spent only on non-cooldown powers - it represents the general clip size of your tried-and-true gun of choice, such as the SMG or Assault Rifle. His other powers have their own ammo sources, found in a Charge system. For example, bringing along the Magnum means you’ll have 6 shots for it ready to fire, but when those six are consumed, you’re out of ammo for that type of gun until you reload. If you are currently reloading your main gun but still have ammo for other types of weapons, such as a couple of Pineapple Grenades and a rocket loaded in your RPG, you can still fire them off while reloading your main Ammo.
  9.
  10. New Tree - Talents
  11.
  12. The passive stats from Pain Tolerance and Rapid Reload were rolled into his Traits Endless Arsenal and Pain Tolerance. Ammo capacity and regeneration are a few of the early Talents available. For his weapon Talent tiers, we wanted to give upgrade choices for the bulk of his weaponry, such as adding charges or damage over time effects.
  13.
  14. Power Changes
  15.
  16. Buckshot Blast can be remapped into Flechette Blast through a Talent.
  17.
  18. Head Shot has been renamed Sniper Shot, and has the Execute affix baseline.
  19.
  20. Trusty Sidearms can be remapped into No Mercy via Talent. Slightly increased No Mercy's range in arc to bring it in line with other melee attacks.
  21. Burst Fire can be remapped into Submachine Guns.
  22. Full Auto can be remapped into a new version of Ol’ Painless, which fires in a much wider cone.
