Remake of rp_downtown_winter, but summer themed...

renamed to rp_downtown_deso


The Hotel at Spawn:
That custom hotel you added in? Yeah, i would like that whole wall to be turned into
a police department with it saying out front "Desolution's Police Department".
There will be jail cells(Obviously) on the bottom floor, and actual visiting booths
to where the inmate can have visiting hours.


The Old Police Department:
The Police Department that's currently on the map, i want that ripped out
and turned into a bank.


The Suburbs Extensions:
I really liked the extension of the suburbs, but i've seen you made the same thing
for another community called 'ThatDarkRPServer' so i'd like it to differ slightly...
I would like the two hotel ripped out and turned into factories, and remove
the playground fully and the wall that has a picture of a door, also turn that into
a factory with upstairs and windows that can be broken.


The Cave/Lake:
Keep this implemented into to the map, but add a sign at the front saying "Lake Deso".


The Bank Vault:
The Bank Vault on your map, remove the vault, button, and the money crates so it
will just be an upstairs area with some windows that can be broken.


Hobo Land:
This will be a new extension to the map. Where the new part of suburbs is
added on your map(where i explained that i'll have the hotels removed and turned into factories)
i'd like that back wall that has that red cargo crate to be edited into like a trash dump
with a fence out front that can be opened/closed. The area is to be open so you can see everything
from outside like an actual dump. Just add trash models and make it look like a Dump lol.


The Movie Theater:
I would like the current movie theater that is on the map to be turned into like
an upstairs hotel with 3 different floors. The 1st floor will be a blank room(So players can build freely).
2nd floor will be a blank room(So players can build freely).
3rd Floor will be a some what 'Big' Blank room.


The New Theater:
I would like a custom simple theater with a ticket booth out front
On the left side of the ticket booth there will be two double doors, and on the right
of the ticket booth there will also be another two double doors.
At the top of the ticket booth add a text saying 'Ticket Vendor'.


Custom Administration Area:
I would like a custom admin room to where admins can handle sits.
I want this to be a some what decent size area that can only be accessed with noclip.
