- Players who have cheated can cause a lot of problems for people and it gives them an extreme unfair advantage over other players. For this reason, strict regulations have and always will be in place for the handling of hackers. The current regulations have in some ways been slightly adjusted to eventually allow cheaters back to the server with strict guidelines.

- In order for a cheater to come back to the server they MUST be given probation, no if's or but's. This means under NO circumstance can anyone instantly be unbanned. Probation management will be responsible for those members once they are accepted onto the probation scheme.

- The player must of been banned for at least one year before being considered for probation, one year is just a guideline and the time can be extended over one year depending on how serious it is. They must also not ban evade or be found ban evading within that period. If they have ban evaded after their initial reason for their ban (cheating/hacking), then an extension at the admin/testers discretion must be given, resulting in at least one month extra waiting time.

- The minimum probation time is not decided by anyone other than probation management who ultimately are in charge of the ban as soon as it is handed to them.
