Can anyone please help me extract those contents from a Silverlight offline installer?

I'm running Firefox Portable on a guest computer with limited access and I can't install Silverlight, neither do I have an other computer to install it on.

So can someone please help me get those files that I need to put in the plugins folder?

I tried this Universal Extractor software to extract stuff from the offline installer but it doesn't work.

Also, could anybody PLEASE take into account the fact that millions of people need Silverlight because of Hotmail and Outlook.com e-mail and online Microsoft Office apps?

Please, we really need this!
