Racel Yap: Are you referring to the trade in but back?Where in you get to receive a card  with the prize of the current device that you trade in?
Jason Sherron: Right, exactly, how do i send in my trade-in to receive the $200?
Racel Yap: What I can suggest is  that you go to  the core store to trade the device then receive the card then you can use that in like on purchase of new accessories, a connected tablet, or even pay their wireless service bill.
Jason Sherron: I don't understand. I did exactly what that page indicated. Are you saying that page is completely false?
Jason Sherron: I followed the page, ordered a very expensive phone from ATT, and now you're suggesting that I have to go to the store to complete the transaction? Are you going to cancel my current order and refund all my money, then?
Racel Yap: No i will not  cancel your order.What happen is yiu wanted to get the advantage of the trade in buy back right for you to be able to receive the card and get to trade your current device you must go to the store or the point of sale then the card that you will be receiving will be use for accessories pay your bill and others.
