  1. Dear Major Summers,
  2. Congratulations on your successful campaign and being elected for the Mayor of Los Santos and it's associated counties. I wish you one long and successful run, beneficial for the Government and the citizens.
  3. I am contacting you in regards to a concern of mine related to the Government Welfare. As you're already aware, I have been the Director of the Welfare for quite some time during Mayor Rakesh Namir's leadership. I left days ago the elections were over as I had to take time off and take care of my newborn.
  4. For the time I've been in the Welfare, I have started pretty much from a scratch as it wasn't developed at all. I participated in the development of several new programs and created such on my own, expanding the Welfare and improving it to provide the best quality of services and availability for the ones in need. To be quite honest with you, during Mayor Vaughn's term I was watching the Welfare downgrade with incredible speed, becoming completely inactive. The reason was clear to me: bad Welfare leadership. For literally years I've been trying to alert the Government's administration about the current Director's background as following: when I was the Director and we were still co-operating with FD's CPS, Richardson adopted a sixteen years old girl. A man who was applying for social housing some days ago informed me that he's seen Valentina take the teenager to a night club and purchase alcohol for her. Later the duo was seen making out and engaging in further actions in public. I started investigating the case and some days later I was contacted by the club owner himself, who was requesting to meet me in person. He showed me CCTV footage with the exact same actions captured, as he wasn't even aware of my current investigation and the sent report. The kid was taken back in custody and the law enforcement was alerted, however no further actions were taken as Richardson managed to cover herself for long enough.

  9. I have also reported the following to Chris Feller. Why did I do so after all that time: I thought I lost the evidence until I had to clean my inbox a few days ago and found the e-mail while checking the messages to filter them.

  11. And now, what's the point of all this. I have recently returned from Spain and was seeking to get back in the Welfare, via recruitment. When I did so, with my application being flawless, Richardson had no reason to deny it, as I am aware she was doing a background check on me as well, she simply decided to close the recruitment two days after opening it and with only 4 applicants as the one and only way to not let me back in the Welfare. I find this really unfair, I am not a person who is here to strive for power, nor someone who would abuse it. The only goal of mine is to have the Welfare running smooth as it's the most humanistic and beneficial bureau in the Government and the only assistance source for the needy ones in Los Santos.
  12. Through the years I have always been doing my best to improve the Welfare, to innovate it, to enlist new programs, to attract more employees, more recipients of the services, to provide what's expected when it comes to services, image, and employment. There is no other person who has done so much for the Welfare or another person who has such a long experience in the Welfare as me. I know what the Welfare needs to run smooth, and I know how to achieve it. Although I've been away and not a part of the Government anymore I've been still working on additional programs and changes to be brought to improve the bureau. I am very passionate about it, it was my first and the last job ever and I believe that nothing is going to fill the empty space in my heart. With all said above you may think that I am a sucker for power, I hope you won't get me wrong. I am not really trying to show off Richardson's flaws just to try getting her position because of the power or whatsoever, I've been there and I know it's not a privilege, it's a responsibility. I am not doing it for myself, I am doing it for the people and for the Government. I know how to bring the Welfare back up and make it not only visible but obvious, that it's functioning perfectly and providing what is expected. I believe that it would be beneficial for the people, for the Government and for you, as the main representative of the Government, if a person with love for the Welfare, with a clear understanding, with innovations, with passion and dedication takes a handle of it again and brings it up on the ladder where it should stand, it would bring light to the Government's image, show the people of San Andreas that their Government cares about them, and will actually assist the citizens with their daily needs.
  13. I am willing to share with you more about my thoughts, projects, innovations and so on, I am willing to answer any single question of yours, I am willing to do a lot for the Welfare, if not anything even. The Welfare is just my thing, the thing I do the best, the thing I have all the passion and dedication focused on. It's not just a job, it's a lifestyle, to be working for the well-being of the others. Despite any encounters of ours before, I hope you will take this into consideration and let me take care of the Welfare like I did before, and I will prove that I am doing it for the Government and for the people and that I'm the best person for this bureau. I would love if you get to know more about me by current Government employees that have worked with me, such that come up in my mind currently are Susan Licther and Chris Feller. I think they can confirm my words. Please, think about it. Thank you in advance and thank you for your time.

  18. (( On an OOC note, it's pretty much the same as the In Character. The Government was the first faction I've ever joined, starting off as a Welfare Officer and crawling up to Director slowly. I am really passionate for the Welfare in real life as well, not just the faction but real Welfare organizations, I read a lot and am prepared well to administrate the GOV Welfare. I've been trying so hard to get my position back, or simply join it via regular recruitment, but Frank ignored my requests several times both ICly and OOCly. I was just cleaning my LS:RP inbox as it was excessively full and happened to find the PM with the evidence.
  19. I hope you will understand why I'm sending you this massage both ICly and OOCly, I really hope you won't take me for some power-seeking little human. It's just that I really have love for the Government and especially the Welfare, I have dozens of ideas, I often spend time on writing down random small or big programs, changes, developments for the Welfare despite not being in the faction anymore.
  20. I always dedicated all I have for what I'm passionate about, just like DOC. You can ask Katie Clark, or any HC member, Command member even, that I am the most active both when it comes to time spent IG and IC activity, doing my best to stand out and managing to do so. I really want to return and make a change for good, show that the Welfare is not a bad or inactive bureau as some people have mistaken, I want to show what a great bureau it can be, just like before.
  21. I would also like to add that in case, Lord, be with me, you accept my offer on either in or out of character basis, I would love to sooner or later name-change to a fresh new character as Maria is quite old one and I've been inactive on her for a while, having a bit to no roleplay at all, I want to have something fresh new to develop, a better character as Maria's image was more or less touched by the rumors around the elections, and so on.
  22. After this long message, I would like to thank you for reading this, for your time and efforts. I would be so grateful if you take this into consideration, and especially if your verdict is beneficial for me. I am willing- and would even love to- if you accept this on an OOC basis under another name too. I am also willing to OOCly, just as ICly, share anything you may be interested in, so you can measure whether I fit or not. I just really beg you to think about it, as I hate seeing the Welfare dying. If you think it's running well currently, then you haven't seen how I run it. Please, consider this.
  23.
  24. Thank you once again for your time.
