<h4>The Constellation Network Guidelines</h4>

<h4>General & Chat</h4>
<hr>
<ul>
<li><strong>Respect</strong> all members and staff members.</li>
<li>No <strong>harassing</strong> other players sexually, racially, or generally.</li>
<li>Keep <strong>profanity</strong> to a minimum.</li>
<li>Mentioning of <strong>racial slurs</strong> are prohibited.</li>
<li><strong>Naming tools</strong> that break chat rules are prohibited.</li>
</ul>

<font color="red">Note: Bypassing of the general guidelines will result in a warn for the first
<br> offense.  For the second offense, it will result in a 15 minute mute, and any further
<br> will be up to the staff member's discretion.</font>

<h4>Gameplay</h4>
<hr>
<ul>
<li>Use of<strong>modded clients or hacked clients</strong> are not permitted; however, Optifine is allowed.</li>
<li>No <strong>abusing glitches</strong> of the server.
<br>This includes block jumping, using macros, or or duping.</li>
<li>Keep <strong>profanity</strong> to a minimum.</li>
<li>Staff members have the <strong>final</strong> say in everything that goes on in the Network.

<h4>Staff Discretion</h4>
<hr>

<li>If a rule here is not listed but a matter has happened that a Staff Member
<br> believes that it requires action to be taken, they may do so, to certain extent.</li>
<li>Staff members must use their unbiased judgement to
<br> determine what the appropriate punishment should be.</li>
<li>However, Staff Members always have the final say.  After the punishment has been taken, they must report the entire incident and action taken<br> in either the General Forums or Other Report.</li></p></ul>

<h4>Servers</h4>

<p><ul><li>All servers have their own set of guidelines, and you must follow them.</li>
<li>However, you must also follow the Network Guidelines, unless otherwise stated.</li>
<li>You can find the server-specific guidelines at their respective server pages.</li></ul></p>

<h4>Donations</h4>

<p><ul><li>If you donate, you have no advantage of a better chance of receiving a staff rank on the server.</li>
<li>If you chargeback your donation, you will be banned without
<br> possibility of being unbanned and in some cases, legal action may be taken.</li></ul></p>
