Why are You (Kyle Kulinski) wrong about Dylann Roofs death penalty.

You stated that "system where you are killing innocent people, because killing innocent people is a crime" is a contradiction you cant get over. But killing people because killing people is a crime, is somehow OK for you. Dont you see the logical contradiction in this case?

You implied it is OK to kill him and then said "You think those killings are equal?"
And Of course they are not equal, killing 9 innocent ppl and killing 1 murderer are incomparable. Nevertheless both are killings and should have no fuckin place in our society what so ever.

Then you goes on and admit that you are OK with murdering people if they did something that doesnt please you.
Dont you believe in human rights? particularly in right to life?

there absolutely is:
- This fucker will rot in pit for the rest of his life as deterrent for others.
Whats the gain in killing him? I tell you:
- Instead of 9 dead and 1 murderer, you will end up with 10 dead and 2 murderers.

Then you also said that if relatives of victims decided they want him killed, you would let him be executed. So dont you believe in laws? it is the survivors now who make legal decisions?

It's not about sympathy, it's about principle. nobody is siding with Dylan Roof, we are siding with human live. 9 of them were lost, so we are trying to save at least 10th. While you seems to cheer adding even more suffering and death into this tragic situation.

By the way, if you decide to execute him, you will then have one new murderer to deal with... Or if the State does it, then it's ok? you dont believe that

Honestly, I absolutely understand where you coming from. But you need to really think about it. If someone other takes your patterns of justification and mount them on the wrong ideas, it will go to shit; thats why we dont have capital punishment in western world (except US and Jap). We are maybe reasonable now, but what about future? We in Eastern Europe remember what happened during 50's, what the definition of "guilty" used to be back then... You need to accept it as a principle that the state has no fucking right what so ever under any circumstances to decide on someones life and death. If you will argue for killing guilty ppl, you will be looked upon by the most of the western world as a fucking savage without any principles, rightfully so. This stance on death penalty also very heavily reinforces anti-american sentiment in the rest of the world. Have a nice day!
