  53. The validator is a modding tool to assess problems in mods. It's not required to play HPM. The validator is a creation of Jamie550, I just adapted this version for my use since he dropped support of Victoria 2 for his tool.
  54. Normal validator but with some fixes for Victoria 2 so it now recognizes the research_points negative values, province flags and other stuff. The localisation spam if you are not localizing your shit will still be there.

  59. -Fixed a few events where natives where supposed to lose literacy but instead gained.
  60. -The Hungarian-Austrian border treaty now requires both nations to own their main core provinces.
  61. -Stopped the Caucasian Wars and the Crimean War potentially messing up with each other.
  62. -Fixed the National Focus map mode not showing the right icons.
  63. -The decision to annex Hawaii will now always integrate the island as a colony.
  64. -To avoid rebels that can't enforce their demands in Sardinia, the fusione perfetta decision will now reduce militancy in the island.

  66. -Reworked the results of the Krakow Uprising succeeding to be less spammy and only fire when it makes sense.

It will not only happen with 30% liberals in the UH but it will also happen with 20% socialists in the UH. Also made the AI more smart when picking up options.
  73. -Fixed a problem in the RGO production with slave pops, they don't give a "bonus" to output but work on throughput now. All credit goes to Delnar_Ersike.   74. -RGO spread events that give output benefits - tractors, mechanized mining and distribution channels will no longer happen in slave states and will take longer to happen in serf states, so eventually slavery and serfdom will become less profitable than in free states. A few more changes were done to RGO spread events: the 50% chance to spread to another state in the same event needs the whole state, instead of only the province, to have an average literacy of 70%. The events won't ever happen if any province in the state is under occupation. To further reduce event spam, the more states a country has the more times the 50% chance of another state with over 70% literacy getting the modifiers will happen. So a country with 10+ more states will have one state more having the chance of getting the modifier, a country with 20+ states will have two states with the chance of getting the modifiers and so on until 40+ states, giving a total of 4 chances of 4 different states getting the modifiers in one event.
  75. -Refusing the Alaskan Purchase as Russia should now give the nation that offered it their money back. Made the AI NEVER bankrupt itself to buy it, even if for the Americans it means not getting it.
  76. -The Sikh Empire can form India but India will now always be Hindu.
  77. -The Treaty of Tartu decision no longer requires the grand_duchy_finland flag.
  78. -Event 49510 - The Grand Duchy of Finland will now only remove 1 infamy instead of 5 since Russia isn't giving up cores or freeing Finland.
  79. -Sweden will be able to Concede Finland as long as it's not a GP. Previously, there was a "less than 300 prestige" requirement. Instead of getting prestige for doing it, Sweden loses prestige and infamy.

  81. -Improved Russian AI reaction to the Treaty of Tartu. The AI will no longer refuse the deal if it means going over the infamy limit.
  82. -Fascist/Communist/Anarcho-Liberal Russia can now break the Treaty of Tartu and get their cores in Petsamo and Viipuri back. Russia can also get their cores back if after the Treaty of Tartu Finland doesn't exist anymore.

  117. V0.3.3.1 - 10/03/2016
  118. -The AI will now always try to spend the maximum amount of money they have without bankrupting themselves when building any of the canals.
  119. -If a different ship (from the canal owner) crosses the Suez Canal first, the prestige gain will be higher for that country instead of being the same.
  120. -The Suez and Panama Canal provinces will flip to precious metal when the canals are built, to represent the revenue these provinces brought to the owner and the canals becoming the center of the economy of these provinces. Also to make them more useful.
  121. -Fixed Aborigines assimilating in Australia.
  122. -Terrorist Cells crime will now happen in any province with militancy of 3 or more instead of only provinces with national minorities.

  127. -Changed Naval Schools bonus from research points modifier to a bonus for naval research and a small bonus to leadership as the vanilla description implied.
  128. -Boxer rebels should now give prestige to Qing instead of china when finishing sieging a province.
  129. -Balanced the Bankruptcy reform modifiers a bit.
  130. -Changed the vanilla event 30002 - Regional Fairs. Industrial score requirements are now bigger and so is the required money. AI will also pick options better now.
  131. -To deal with capital ship spamming all ships that give score have a hard limit now. They are: 1 per lvl 5 naval base for Dreadnoughts, 2 per lvl 4 naval base for Battleships, 10 per lvl 3 naval base for Monitors and Ironclads and unlimited for Man'o'Wars. Slightly increased the supply requirements for dreadnoughts and battleships.
  132. -Neutral countries will no longer get CBs (or events for that matter) from bankrupt countries.
  133. -Neutral countries (only Switzerland for now) will enforce their neutrality. Every time someone enters an alliance or gain military access from them they will break it and the country that got the alliance/access will lose 75 relations with them. Same thing for wars, except for the relation hit.

  173. -Fixed the "Stirrings of Indian Nationalism" not properly clearing the sepoy_rebellion flag from the UK, making the rebellion go on forever. Fixed the event repeating itself.
  174. -Events 97100 "Rebellion in Indian State" and 97105 "Rebellion Against Foreign Rule" have CON and MIL requirements to fire in the case of Indian nationalism, so pops aren't rebelling for no good reason. For the Sepoys, event 97105 will now also require a MIL or CON requirement for non muslim nations.

  193. -Reshaped Odessa, Olviopol, and Vinnitsa borders to follow the Bug river and allow for a proper Trasnitria region. Reshuffled the regions in Ukraine to follow river borders better and to allow for a proper Transnitria region.

  195. -Max Work hours reform will also affect RGO and artisan throughput.

  198. -Merged 19 decisions to move your capital in a single one. Not a single effect was lost, the decisions were just merged in a fit-for-all decision. Added 11 more countries to the list of countries that can restore their capitals.
  199. -Rebalanced the output bonus from the Metallurgy and Power tree from the Industry section of the techs. Mainly to avoid late game overproduction.

Tractors invention not only unlocks that but it gives a 5% bonus to the output of these RGOs. The MTTH was increased from 800 to 1000, plurality effects where removed, it will take a lot longer to happen in colonial states and longer but not so much in slave states. It also has a 50% chance of adding the Tractors modifier to another state that has a province with 70% literacy and fill the normal conditions.

  371. -Added a decision for countries to commission an Ironclad. As long as someone has the necessary techs and goods and you have the necessary money, you will get it. It takes 1 years for the country that commissioned and 2 years for the country that answered the commission to be able to do it again. The AI will only do commissions every other month, to stop it from spamming it.
  372. -Changed the Bankruptcy events a little bit. Each event will now have a different description so it's more clear if it's a normal default or a small default. All events got more than one option on how to react to the bankruptcy, and you can now act on small debts at the cost of infamy. On normal bankruptcy, non-GPs will also get a gunboat CB instead of getting a cut down to size CB.
