Mount the image named DEUSEX2.mds with a virtual machine.

I recommend to use Daemon Tools Virtual CD/DVD-ROM [emulator].

Get Daemon Tools from the link below.

Once Daemon Tools is installed, simply hover your mouse over the icon on the taskbar, right click and go-to Virtual CD/DVD-ROM > Device > Mount Image.

Keep the image mounted to play the game, restarting your computer unmounts the image, mount it again to resume play.

Never delete rar folders as they make very good backups, copy them to a writable removable disk such as a CD/DVD or flash drive ect, also backup your saved games folder normally found in My Documents after making your very first save.
