Rhoda used to be a mod for a month or two.
Rhoda deleted the only source of iOS DD footage over some Danganronpa related drama, effectively halting any and all 3D ripping and most content creation happening on the server at the time.
He did the same thing again when he left the moderation for whatever reason.
There is also his mental condition.
Rhoda suffers from gender dysphoria, and perhaps manic depression, not to mention that he is a complete social retard to boot.
This is not the kind of person you want to hold any amount of power, no matter how slight it may be.

He also 'retaliated' against, not blackmailed, several people in the community for 'causing him misdeeds' which he himself had thought up of in his head.
This leads back to him being a complete social retard, and makes me believe he would most likely abuse his position and power to settle personal issues.
