Countries paying money into the EU (Channel 4 News, Friday 24th October)

In amongst countries taking money out (France, Germany), it was also
noted that some countries would pay - Italy, Greece, Netherlands and
the United Kingdom.  The UK and Netherlands are the highest:

Netherlands  £506m over a population of 16,805,037
