BE SURE YOU AND YOUR OPPONENT ARE USING THE SAME BUILD
A player with the Netplay build can not play with someone using the Official build. Be sure to use the NETPLAY build or else desyncs WILL occur.

Also be sure to turn off Wii remote and SD card in the Dolphin settings or you will have desyncs.

Tournaments will be every other Friday at around 8pm EST

Side tourneys may be hosted on the Fridays in between official events.

Winner from Loser's needs 2 sets to take the Tournament

4 Stock with 8 minute timer
If the timer runs out, the victor is determined first by stock and then by percentage.

After the previous match is over the Winner bans 3 Stages from Starter and Counter Pick stages, Loser picks stage From Starter/CP
Note: You cannot pick a stage you have already won on. If you wish to switch characters do so after the banning.

Note: Character changes are done after the bans and stage has been picked. Winner would switch or stay first. Loser switches or stays last.

Banned Stages: [spoiler]Everything Else[/spoiler]
However Gentleman's Clause can be used to go to a banned stage if both players like.
Dave's Stupid Rule: a player may not counterpick to a stage that they have previously won on in the same set.
Gentleman's Clause: ANY stage may be played on if both players agree to it. This takes priority over Dave's Stupid Rule.

If you would like to record your matches, that is perfectly fine. You can even upload some webms of your match to the thread if you like.
Also if you would like to stream your matches and other player's matches go ahead and post your stream link in the thread and chat.

If the match is laggy there are no redos, rematches or restarts. I'm sorry,there's nothing I can do about it and I don't want to waste everyone's time.
If your opponent has over 140 ms in ping then tell me in the IRC. No one wants to play with a 10+ frame buffer.
