Originally it was Banana and I who formed the channel along with a few other folks as we were getting ready for a joke-STG tournament team that would essentially just play a few credits and then chill. For some reason we wanted to have a discussion channel.

Seppo and his team supposedly ended up getting split apart from the rest of the competing Touhou teams and ended up coming over to our channel. At the end of the tournament, we all decided that the place had become quite cozy and so we decided to keep using it.

The reason Seppo got founder rights was because we needed to get operators which we didn't have at the time so that we could get rid of a troublesome individual (Gus) as he wouldn't stop pestering everyone for not playing shmups 16 hours a day or whatever. We got some rep for Rizon staff in who asked everyone if they were okay with making Seppo founder for the channel and so it happened. Seppo later decided to leave the channel for the time being (is back now) and passed over the foundership to Yorgje who still holds it today.
