I have run many servers but this is the first time I have started a CS:GO server.

I purchased a server through Tango Servers to expand my community and hopefully reach out to more people. I was amazed at the amount of customizability and configuration that they offered. Most of the time i have to do at least some of it myself but this was a very pleasing experience.

After learning about how I can put maps on my server, I decided I would attempt this. Of course, I ran into a few issues such as maps not working correctly and people reporting errors when joining.

I was stumped about why it was not working. So I put a ticket in Tango Servers and within 30 minutes, I received a response from their support team with some questions regarding what I needed help with. Within 24 hours, they had found my problem and helped me resolve it.

One of the support messages was a bit late but they sincerely apologized for it. They handled my tickets with knowledge and experience and also helped me figure out the issue in a polite manner.

This is the first server host I have ever used that has satisfied me in every way I could think of from the promised package to the amazing support. A+
