Rules:

1. I confirm that I am my Master's slave, and His alone.
   - I am to greet my Master with suggested title/name first and foremost upon any entering, and meeting.
   - I am to ask for a permission to get on furniture and/or wait to be invited on such. Otherwise I am to remain on my own addressed spot or place.

2. I give my Master the right to have power over me.

3. I recognize my submission as willing servitude. My Master does not in any legal sense own me.

4. Once I am unwilling to submit in this way, my Master no longer has power over me.

5. I will not abuse this, and neither will my Master. Therefore, if my Master orders me to do something I do not want to do, then I will not threaten to leave Him. And also, on Master's end, if He wishes me to do something that I seriously cannot bring myself to do, He has no right to make me.

6. I confirm that we have a (D/S)relationship.

7. If one person is no longer enjoying the relationship, the relationship is useless. Therefore, my Master must give and take, as I must give and take. My Master gives me the pleasure of slavery, as He partakes in the pleasure of being an Owner.

8. I respect that on a legal, moral, philosophical, religious and platonic levels, we are equals. Only in the time we have agreed on am I not equal to my Master, and this is because I have allowed myself to be His slave. This is what makes the relationship equal.

9. I promise that I will not let being a slave ruin my self-confidence, and I hope that my Master will not let His dominance inflate His self-esteem..

10. I admit that if my Master does not like this relationship anymore, or if I do not like this relationship anymore, I confirm the normal right to end the relationship.


Safety & Wellbeing (In real wise):

11. Both I and my Master must each respect the principle of SSC.

12. If this is violated, I behold the right to leave my Master.

13. There is a difference between feeling unsafe, and pain. Anything with serious health risks in real should be avoided at all costs.

14. Limits - I confirm that any limits aforementioned from this point are factual, and if I have left any unsaid, I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to tell my Master.

15. I have the right and responsibility to limits.

16. . A limit is something that for some psychological, physical, irrational, rational, or human reason you simply cannot bring yourself to do.

17. One of your first and foremost responsibilities as a slave should be to inform your Master of all of your limits.

18. There are soft limits and hard limits. Soft limits are breakable.

19. If it is a soft limit of mine, my Master can slowly take it away. But if my Master moves too quickly, I retain the right to ask Him to slow down.

20. Hard limits are something I may never get rid of. Over time they may turn to soft limits. My Master must respect my hard limits.

21. I have a safeword. If this word is uttered in a task or a punishment, my Master must stop immediately. Safeword: Flag.

22. I will never use a safeword unless my Master has transgressed one of my limits, or if I legitimately think something is unsafe, insane, or non-consensual.

23. Using it otherwise is frowned upon, and I should be punished for it.

24. If I am unable to say a safeword, my Master will and must tell me something else to do to inform me if He has transgressed my limits.


Bill of Rights:

25. I retain the right of ceasing the relationship.

26. I retain the right to limits.

27. I retain the right to have my own life aside from the relationship I have with my Master; this includes work, friends, studies, social events, and any family or religious events. Preferably Master still will be informed about said activities, no permission required.

28. I retain the right of having the relationship between my Master and I not be purely Dominance-oriented.

29. I retain the right to a time period in which I have the ability to talk freely and openly about what I seriously believe, about how this relationship is going, and what my Master and I both could do to improve.

30. I retain the right to aftercare, if I need it.

31. I retain my right to a safeword.

32. I retain all other rights I have discussed with my Master.


Things I have to do:

33. I will respect my Master.

34. My Master has control over me.

35. Master's command is what I must do. As long as it is not non-consensual, or in violation of my limits.

(We assume from here on out that commands are not in violation of limits, unsafe, insane, or non-consensual in real wise.)

36. Master's command is my pleasure.

37. Master will respect me as long as I respect Him.

38. I will do His commands as best to my abilities.

39. I am His Slave.

40. I will refer to my Master directly however He commands me to address Him.

41. Never will I refer to my Master by name, unless Master has specifically ordered me to..

42. When I am talking about my Master to someone else, I still then will not call Master by His given name, but the honorific or title.

43. I must be well-nourished. Therefore, not just for my Master but also for myself, I will try to stay healthy. For Master, it is not for the looks, I understand He legitimately wants to see me healthy, happy, and successful. I must try to never have a low self-esteem, because of my position.

44. I will always do my best for Master.

45. While we are in a session, my Master's pleasure is of greater importance than mine. Hopefully, however, His pleasure will be my pleasure.

46. I will not submit to others, whether real life or online unless both parties are aware, and agree upon it.

47. I will not date, go out with, or become romantically involved with anyone apart from my Master, unless both parties are aware, and agree upon it. Master will do the same.

48. I will not have another Master whilist being in relationship with my current Master.

49. I will not have sex in any capacity, be it oral or anal - both real life and online - with anyone but Master. Master will follow suit, unless both parties are aware, and agree upon it.

50. I accept and understand that sometimes my Master will refer to me as His 'property'. (Including other offending names and terms.)

51. Master 'owns' all of my body. My most intimate parts are for my Master alone. Therefore, I will not play with His possessions unless I have been given a  specific permission from Him. ( I may ask permission.)


Trust:

52. I confirm my trust in my Master. I trust He will keep me well. I trust He will honor my rights, and take care of me. If not, this will be practiced.

53. I trust He will take care of my body. I trust He will take care of my mind. I trust He will make sure all of my needs, be they physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, psychological, or sexual, are taken care of.

54. I will not blindly trust my Master to always be perfect.

55. However, I will trust Him until He transgresses my limits or the SSC.

56. When such a transgression occurs, I must trust He will make it up to me, so that I will fully trust Him once more.


Tasks:

57. I will do any task my Master orders me.

58. I will try to do the task to the best of my abilities.

59. If this task is within my limits, safe, sane, and consensual, I will do my best. If one of these aspects is outside of my limits (for example, humiliation) then I am exempt from it.

60. This task will always be serving both my pleasure and my Master's. Sometimes more of my pleasure, sometimes more of His. I will either be working for my Master or entertaining Him.

61. This task may be painful. I will accept this type of task.

62. This task may be degrading. I will accept this type of task.

63. This task may be embarrassing or humiliating. I will accept this task.

64. This task may be disgusting or messy. I will accept this task.

65. This task may be sexual. I will accept this task.

66. The task may include nudity, be it public or private. I will accept this task.

67. This task may involve chores. I will accept this task.

68. Tasks may involve multiple elements (ex. being a dog, wearing a dress, babytalk, forced nudity, humiliation, degradation).

69. I will try my best with all tasks.


Reward and Punishment:

70. If my Master assigns me a task, of any type, and I fail to do it, fail to do it correctly, or worst of all refuse to do it or if I disrespect my Master or break one of His rules, He has the right and responsibility to punish me.

71. Master punishing me serves two purposes. Firstly and most obviously, it is an epithet for His sadism. Secondly, it is to offer me guidance and redirection. It teaches me that what I did was wrong, and that I shouldn't do it again.

72. An appropriate punishment is worse than a task.

73. Punishments relating to the transgression I have made are best.

74. Punishments can cover any of the areas a task would, but more extreme.

75. It is fine to use your safeword in a punishment.

76. Master will also provide rewards for when I do something well, right, or good. (Praising with names, physical action or allowing unusual activity.)  In this case also treats, where I am allowed to suggest and/or choose said activity as a treat which he will pick upon.

77. I trust Master will be creative in both His punishments and His rewards.


Circumstantial:

78. I understand that in no way will I ever refute Master's claim over me -- regardless if I am Dominating my own submissive(s) - I am always His submissive.

79. I am allowed to keep my Dominant side active around my own slaves, no matter is Master present or not.


Signs of Respect:

80. I will respect my Master in my heart. I will make sure to put in the extra effort to show how much I respect Him.

81. When I listen to Master, I give Him my undivided attention.

82. If Master has told me that He wants me to make eye contact, I will. If He has not told me specifically, I will do whatever I feel is right.

83. I will always call my my Master by the Name or Title He has assigned to me. Failure to do this will get me punished.

84. I will thank Master for every reward, no matter how small. Failure to do this may result in taking away the reward.

85. I will thank Master at the end of each session if agreed upon.

86. I will properly apologize for each transgression I make, before and after the punishment.

     Example of an acceptable apology;

- I'm sorry, Master. I beg of you Master to forgive this transgression.

    Example of an unacceptable apology;

- I said I was fucking sorry.

87. I will try to follow all of my Master's instructions, rules, and orders to the best of my abilities.


Love:

88. I understand that my Master loves me, and I promise to never forget or doubt that fact.

89. I acknowledge the two major reasons why I have become a part of this relationship/the BDSM part of this relationship.

90. The first one is the pleasure I get from serving. It makes me happy to serve my Master. I am devoted to Him.

91. The other reason is because I am a sadomasochist. I love pain. This does not mean I do not understand or acknowledge that at times my Master may want to degrade me by calling me a whore, a fuckslut, etc; I know that my Master does not mean these things to hurt me, I accept these names.

92. These two reasons are equal in both Master and slave. Dominants should receive pleasure out of controlling, and torturing their slave. Slaves should get pleasure out of full submission, and being tortured.

93. Since this is a give and take relationship, Dominants must make sure that their Slave's two desires are accounted for. And slave must make sure that their Dominant feels in control of them, and that they can torture them.


About these rules:

94. Any rule Master makes supercedes these.

95. I am to know that these rules are only examples of common rules, and my Master reserves the right to add rules as I need them to be added -- Also slave has the right to suggest changes in the said list of rules, if they disagree with some of them. It will be discussed.

96. However, the first 32 rules are rules describing my rights and safety. If Master ever violates one of these, I reserve the right to end the relationship.

97. Master may choose to be lenient of some of these rules - He enjoys me as a friend, life companion, equally as a person.

Soft limits:
