Bio: Yilda was born to a wealthy noble family, and even in a ruined and decaying age, such things do afford one a more comfortable life than those without. For a long time, Yilda was indulged in her fancies. A bored, impatient child, she moved from one pursuit to the next, taking only brief interest in any given interest before abandoning it in favor of another. While in town with some of her handlers, she was separated from her group by a crowd that had fallen into hysteria after another prominent noble in the area had been revealed to be one of the cursed undead, and had hidden it from his family and servants for almost a half a year. Separated from her retainers and unarmed, Yilda's throat was slashed open before a crowd of rioting onlookers. Guardsmen broke up the riot, but they were far too late. Her body was returned to her family's estate, and her handlers whipped. But that night, Yilda awoke. To her, it was as though she'd been dreaming, but the mark of the curse now burned on her chest. She begged her mother and father to protect her, and keep her secret, but they refused, screaming for their guards to drive her away. Yilda escaped only with the clothes she'd died in and a heal staff she'd managed to grab as she fled. Thereafter, she fled from anyone, fearing what would become of her if she were to be revealed
