Ever wanted to play as a crusader, partially assimilating while conquering the Levant? Well now you can. Comes with all HIP modules (EXCEPT VIET) and mini SWMH. Requires all dlc, pirate it if you don't want to shell out for it.

Outremer culture represents the fusion of Frankish European noble culture with that of the Levantine Christians, and the changes that would inevitably come ruling over such a foreign land for an extended period of time.

How does assimilation/cultural spread work?
Outremer culture appears after a long MTTH event for landed rulers/Vassals of the culture holding a coastal county. It then spreads slowly (but slightly more quickly than other cultures) to provinces with your ruler's religion.
