Bio:
Born to a small enclave of priestesses dedicated to Undine in a costal shrine along the shores of the Silver Coast, Stheno grew up around magic yet could never use it as well as the priestesses did. For a long time she accepted this as her fate, until a wandering traveler calling himself an Alchemist stayed at the shrine for a few weeks and while there taught her how to draw power from the material world itself.

This, she found, was her natural calling. While magical energy being channeled through the air felt unnatural to her, drawing forth the inner power of an object was as easy as breathing. This applied to both flora's hidden power and her own, and she began to manage feats of strength that betrayed her frame. After much begging of her sisters, they finally let her become the Alchemist's pupil, and she began to master alchemy's secrets until she and her master amicably parted ways years later. Now an adult, she seeks to pursue her craft in the remote wildernesses, aiding villagers and other people surviving far from the urban heart of civilizations.

While she still knows the teachings of Undine, she no longers particularly cares for whether Undine was actually divine or not. What matters to her is the example the goddess set and the hopeful path laid for humanity.
