  9. 4. We'll probably use Slack.com as a work space, one shared channel per each policy area, there are about a dozen total.

  11. 5. editors will get trained how to spot what matters to staffers. It's not hard, it's just ... weird. Stuff you think is a big deal they won't care at all, and they love local content from their districts.

  13. 6. We can do this incrementally, if we can get a couple areas running life will be good.
