  1. Obvious first analysis is that this is part of some correspondance between two companies, one of whom has a barely coherent grasp of the English language.
  2.
  3. Given the context in which it was found, however, we have to presume relevance to the current puzzle. A quick web search confirms that Illuminated IT Solutions does not have any significant web presence, which for a company of their purported occupation, is unlikely, if not downright impossible.
  4.
  5. The address itself is located just outside Burbank, but the immediate location has almost nothing, only a few buildings and a couple of ponds. The buildings should probably be investigated for additional clues. Illuminati files on the location are being retrived, and active surveillance is being co-opted.
  6.
  7. The location provided also gives us additional information. If we assume that there is a single target behind this, then they are confirmed to be able to travel through Agartha, given the timing of the interactions. If there are multiple targets, then this is moot.
  8.
  9. The email address does exist, as I recieved no failure message when I sent a message to it. Most likely it was created by the target specifically for this puzzle. I got this reply back:
  10.
  11. Illuminated IT Solutions
  12. Doga Creek Road
  13. Burbank
  14. OK 74633
  15. Thank you for your interest in Illuminated IT Solutions.
  16. Unfortunately all our team is out of the office at the moment. Someone will get to you as soon as possible.
  17. Yours Sincerly
  18. Nathen Trent
  19. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
  20. This is an automated email and is sent from an unmonitored email address. It's contents are solely intended for the recipient. If you have received this in error please delete it.
  21.
  22. Moving on to the message content. Given that the target has so far demonstrated above average intelligence, it can safely be presumed that any grammatical or spelling mistakes in the letter are in fact intentional, though the possibility that English is not a language entirely familiar to them should not be discounted. As the target was able to select an isolated piece of land in the USA, I consider this to be unlikely though.
  23.
  24. As to the actual content of the message. It is extremely unlikely that the message is a substitution or anagram message or cipher of any kind, as the words and sentences are still coherent, for certain extremely low values of coherence. Neither the name Nathen Trent, or several of the other words in the text are anagrams of any identifyable significance. I suspect that there is another message hidden in the text, but I have as of yet been unable to identify it's exact nature. The same also applies to the email response.
  25.
  26. Regarding any hints towards who is behind this, the location and the name of the company would appear to suggest that this was an Illuminati puzzle, however they tend to be more subtle than this, even when deliberately wanting to be detected. The approach that has been taken, as well as the messages being sent from Hong Kong would appear to implicate the Dragon. However they tend to be even more subtle than the Illuminati. If we can assume that this is one of the big three, this would appear to be most characteristic of the Templar, as well as the fact that they would be the only ones with detailed information on Miss Rose. As of yet, however, there is no evidence that this is the work of any of the three main factions, and all evidence points to this being the work of a single target, or at most, two or three.
  27.
  28. It should be noted that the last line of the letter, "Really need message earnestly", seems to imply that we are expected to make contact, as indeed several people have already done, as indicated by the above reply.
  29.
  30. Further analysis of the text is required to identify possible messages. The location included in the address should also be thoroughly monitored, assessed and searched.
