tmg: While it's unfortunate we didn't win at MOP yesterday,  let's all put in some extra elbow grease and aim for victory at the end of the year music show, Black or White!
tmg: IDOLiSH7 is scheduled to appear on a music show later today, and you're scheduled to film a music video for your new song next week!
tmg: It'll be very busy until the end of the year, but I look forward to working with everyone on these projects!

yk: Momo doesn't approve. He has a deep emotional connection to that song though, so there isn't much we can do about it.
mm: S-sorry.... It's not that I don't like your arrangements, Yuki, but like.... It's hard to put into words....
yk: It's okay. There's no need to rush. Why don't we sing "Theory of Eternality" instead? (1)
rinto: Ah, we announced that song just a few days ago. It'll be the theme song for the Universiade Soccer Tournament. The offer came, and you finished the song almost immediately... (2)
yk: Momo really like soccer, so it was pretty easy to picture how I wanted the song. Composing it was a lot of fun.
yk: That, and Momo wrote the lyrics for me.
mm: ...This was basically my first time writing all the lyrics on my own, instead of helping Yuki out with them. I was super nervous....
yk: They're really good. They're very gentle and encouraging lyrics-- it's something you'd write, Momo.
mm: Thank you!!
mm: I thought about how I felt back when I played soccer as I wrote. That feeling when your heart's pounding in your chest as you stand on the field, staring down the opposing team, waiting for the starting whistle....
mm: I felt the exact same way as I wondered, "Will my lyrics fit perfectly with Yuki's melody? Will it sound like something Re:vale would sing?"
mm: I had butterflies in my stomach, and I was so anxious and worried.... But I really wanted to try it and take on the challenge. I stopped thinking about winning or losing, and just threw my all into writing.
rinto: I'm sure someone out there must feel the same way, and Yuki's song with your lyrics will help push them a step forward in the right direction. It's not just for students competing in tournaments....
rinto: Even though we live in an age where we don't need to fight to survive, people are still figuratively fighting on. I'm sure this song will give them courage and steel their determination, and make them shine even brighter.
yk: Okarin, that was <i>so</i> good.
mm: Keep the praise comin'!
rinto: I could praise you two forever! Just as it gets colder and colder as the season intensifies, the dissolution of Tsukumo draws closer and closer....
rinto: With "Theory of Eternality" as our flag, hoisted up high, Re:vale will gallantly and magnificently triumph through the winter! Re:vale shall have the last laugh!

(1) SO I Spent way too much time looking up the name of physics theories in Japanese but 永遠性理論 (eienseiriron/theory of eternality) is basically "quality or state of being eternal"+"theory". Since the lyrics themselves use a lot of math-y/science-y words like 'formula,' 'intersection,' etc I figured I'd go for an equally science-y title, esp when the Theory of Relativity in Japanese is 相対性理論. tl;dr i wanted to mirror real-life scientific/etc theories in the title so i followed the "Theory of" +(noun, ending in -y that describes a state of being)!!
(2) Universiade is the name of a real-life tournament, so that's where they borrowed it from! It's a combination of 'university' and 'olympiad,' so it's a sporting event for university students.
(3) Yuki is in katakana (ユキ) and is actually short for 千斗 (yukito), but yuki (ユキ) also sounds like the japanese word for snow (雪).

1.3 - Wandering Spirit

10: Ugh.... I don't remember anything that happened yesterday at the afterparty....
8: I figured.
9: As did I.
ane: You are <i>such</i> a mess. Here, drink some water.
10: Sorry.... Thanks for the water.
ane: Well, you three <i>did</i> win at MOP yesterday! Re:vale wanted to celebrate too, so I'll let it slide this time!
ane: More importantly, Gaku and Tenn! I can't believe you two had the audacity to fight during the afterparty!
10: They fought!? Gaku and Tenn did?
9: Oh. He really doesn't remember.
8: Huh. I thought he wasn't that drunk since he wasn't speaking in dialect.

mm: <i>What!?</i> I can't believe you're asking Ban-san to do that! He's the one who <i>pioneered</i> protecting you with his life!!

10: I understand how Tenn feels since I also became and idol to help my family with money.

(4) SO I HAD TO MODIFY THINGS BECAUSE GAKU USES AN ANALOGY I COULDNT GET 100% PERFECT AND HAD TO TAKE SOME CREATIVE LIBERTIES WITH. Shitamachi refers to the traditional shopping, entertainment, and residential districts of Tokyo, and okami-san refers to the landlady/female owner of an establishment.
