Xing "Four Chan" Li; The Complete Story: (By Oscar "OP" Phapaton)

His parents (Japanese mother and Korean father) were in an American internment camp after WW2. Once they were released, they raised their son, Xing "Four Chan" Li, to hate America due to the pain and suffering the country caused them. He started as a part-time pizza delivery man, CP being the most popular type of pizza. One fateful night, the man he delivered the pizza to was from the website 9gag.com, who deeply influenced him and told him the origins of CP and so he trained 4chan night and day. Eventually, 4chan rose to prominence in the Playstation Network Hack. After demonstrating his skills, he began to amass a hacker army. Most notably, 4chan was the one who trained Snowden and when he saw his disciple was in danger, he hacked a flight ticket and contacted the illuminati to get a new passport for him. The rest is history.

After he helped Snowden escape, he continued honing his skills day and night. He wanted revenge against the U.S. government.  He was considered "too much of a maverick" for the likes of another popular hacking group, leReddit, and was also kicked out of the deadly Anonymous. What followed was a major break in Apple's central storage facilities where the files of various celebrities from iCloud were stolen.

Rumor has it there is more to come. He has revealed the name of his upcoming project as Paddington Bear: CP Release Mechanism. Rumors are floating around that he is trying to meld the overworld and underworld of the Internet together so that "Everything is true" Rumor also has it that his Korean brand Samsung laptop was given to him by none other than Kim Jong Il of North Korea. This is the highest honor North Korea gives and equates Xing Li to the status of "blood brother" to Kim Jong Un. He has various connections to Isis and set up the server to livestream the beheadings. He is also infamous for his collection of over 9000 memes in his collection. He is known to use multiple aliases, including: "Mr. Skeletal," and "Eyy-Ellmeyo."

Four Chan is also a long time friend of m00t (also known as Christopher Poole), the creator of 4chan.org. M00t created 4chan in order to honor Xing Li's contributions and illegally traffic his memes in exchange for TOR points.  To date, Xing Li has the most TOR points in the history of the deep-web. He frequents the TOR message board under the alias "Thaddeus McMichael  2.0" and "Chung-Hwrmleo

Currently, there are rumors being spread around the Internet of 4chan's classified training video named “The Grifter”. This video is extremely hard to come by and top bidders spend millions of Bitcoin to get their hands on it.
