- The route is designed to give a ~70% chance on blackjack showdowns (except Lisa and Martha), so you always get a second chance. LLOYD, JACK, and CINDY are critical opponents, meaning you have to win an extra hand in addition to a showdown hand. Other poker opponents are one and done. I generally avoid attempting to win an extra hand, except sometimes on PAM.
- Raise strats are used against King to inflate the pot. This requires underbetting and is not a sure thing. It's usually worth going for if you have a decent hand. At worst, you short your bet by $30k. I've combined this stategy with 'limping in' and drawing 4 or 5 when I get garbage. Once King gets down to $200k, you can bet him out.
