  1. Recently, a card has been put up in regards to stopping people from being able to "unresign", aka achieve the officer rank in a way that doesn't follow the typical system that we have for gaining this rank- however, I believe that things happen- things that we couldn't imagine are possible to come about which can be shown minorly with this past current situation and with that completely banning this would be totally inappropriate considering how rare it is. While I'm addressing the topic of people unresigning, this vote also corresponds with the promotion of any nonofficer that does not follow our voting system (such as a conscript/marksman/anything to an officer position)

  3. I'd like to bring attention to section 14 (specifically: 12.4.3.1 and 14.4.3.1.1 ) of the Frostarian Military Code where it states "**An unusual change is defined as anything that would not be regularly experienced in the group, and are listed as such, but not limited to;
  4.
  5. promotion of a lower ranking member that is not an officer to high command**
  6.
  7. If we allow the high command system to be this way and fall under an unusual vote, then why wouldn't we put something such as an officer promotion as well? My goal for this vote is to instead of abolishing the ability to do this, make it so it becomes a major vote. For a vote regarding an unusual change to pass, a supermajority of 90% of agreeance must be met- that means you ALL can be assured if someone doesn't have a legitimate reason to unresign, they will not pass.
