  1. NPC-002: Prince of Delusions
  2. General Overview: Was once a powerful sorcerer, but was cursed to become insane after seeking omniscience, because of this he uses a lot of void magic and other frowned apon sects. However, it's rare for him to actually use his magic, and he prefers to use it passively to adjust his mansion and to mess with people. Wields the legendary relic Zhormir, a small dagger which traps the soul of whoever it kills and causes a complete clone to be summoned at the ritual table in his mansion. If the dagger is harmed, the summoned being will not die, but will be mortal. Clones retain full sentience and the prince has no extra control over them. Because of his insanity, he usually does not directly pursue goals, and instead prefers to have other people do it in unconventional ways. Currently has the blood of Dorowyn in the Zhormir, who uses her ties to the prince to borrow some of his power in battle.

  11. Otheworldly Knowledge - The prince innately knows everything anyone near him will do, and thus will plan accordingly.

  13. Curse of the Void - The prince has become aware of his own reality, and can use his actions as free actions, regardless of whats stated.

  15. Insanity Aura - The prince can exert his influence as insanity, increasing stacks by 1 per turn. Each insanity stack gives a 5% chance to skip the npc's turn. Caps at 30%.

  17. Arcane Mastery - The prince is a master of all things magic, and will learn how to cast spells lobbed at him.

  21. Zhormir - Deals 30 damage. If the target has a movement speed under their base, deal an additional 5 damage. Targets who voluntarily die to this weapon will be cloned at the ritual site, and the previous clone will die.

  23. Scholar's Cloak - 15 DEF. An action may be consumed when the prince is hit to copy the spell as an enchantment effect, and use it as a no-action bonus on any turn, applying the effect of the spell to all attacks. The original spell deals full damage to the prince.

  25. Shredder - Allows the prince to connect two points via a tear in reality.

  29. Boulder Rip - The prince places a shard of rock into a portal, accelerating it. The portal can be destroyed by dealing 20 damage to it.
  30. Deals 10 damage, which increases by 5 per turn.

  32. Arcane Barrage - The prince unleashes a salvo at all targets, Dealing 20 damage. Detonates insanity stacks, dealing an additional 1 damage per stack detonated.

  34. Glass House - Consume 2 actions to block all projectile attacks, reducing their damage by 10. Has a 2 turn cooldown.

  36. Fragment - Requires both an action from the Prince and Dorowyn. Shatters the prince, creating a power 4 fragment. Fragments created this way will instead cause an Insanity stack.
  37. Mimic - Turns his fragment into a power 4 clone of a target, able to use all their skills and equipment. The clone will focus the target, but recieves double damage.

  39. Last Stand - The prince uses part of his own body to pull local reality into the void. Builders will appear and start attacking everyone. During this, the prince loses 2 health per turn. Lasts 5 turns. Can be used once per battle.
  40. Power 3 and 4 builders are spawned at the start of the ability, and replenish when one dies. All builder deaths are permanent, and will affect the rest of the world. At the end of the spell, the world returns to normal, and the current builders vanish.
