- for a full dinner[1]:
- cut up 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese[2] into bite-sized pieces
- allow cheese to reach room temperature
- or use oven on VERY LOW temp to accelerate process
- do not let cheese melt, even a little
- put 1 tbsp olive oil in a saucepan
- put one cup (250 grams) "Meijer Naturals Creamy Vodka Sauce"[3] in the saucepan
- put in 2-6 cloves[4] of garlic, finely chopped or crushed/pressed in the saucepan
- bring contents of pan to a simmer, simmer slowly for 8-10 minutes
